Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Bake potatoes at 450\u00b0 for one hour.
    Let cool.
    Slice potatoes in half, scoop out potato with spoon and leave skin empty.
    Mix the potato with all the other ingredients, mash until no lumps, then pour back into skins.
    Top potatoes with 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and paprika.
    Bake until cheese melts.
