Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites almost stiff.
Slowly add sugar, continue beating until very stiff.
Slowly fold in nuts and chips.
Drop onto foil-lined cookie sheet and place in oven. Turn off heat immediately and \"forget\" about the cookies for hours or overnight.
(These are good to make at night, then go to bed and \"forget them\"!)
