Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    soy sauce to suit your taste
    1 Tbsp. 5-spice powder or enough to suit your taste
    1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
    1 egg, beaten or enough water to seal
Preparation
    Fry hamburger, onion, carrots, soy sauce and spice. Drain grease. Put 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture on each egg roll wrapper, fold sides and then roll. Brush on beaten egg or water to seal. Fry in oil until golden brown. Serve alone, with sweet and sour sauce, or with hot mustard. Can be made ahead and frozen.
