Pork Tenderloins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless pork roast, sliced thin
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    3 cloves garlic
    rosemary
    thyme
    1 red pepper, sliced
    2 to 3 onions, sliced
    olive oil
Preparation
    Saute thinly sliced pork in 3 tablespoons olive oil.
    Remove. Saute onions and pepper.
    Add spices.
    Mix tomatoes in with the spices, onions and pepper.
    Put pork in this sauce and simmer about 20 or so minutes.
    Pour over fresh angel hair pasta. Delicious!!!!
