Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag boil-in-bag rice
    1 large can asparagus spears
    2 to 3 c. coarsely chopped chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup (may substitute 1 can cream of mushroom soup)
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions.
    Spread in buttered 2-quart shallow baking dish.
    Arrange asparagus spears over rice.
    Top with chicken.
    Blend soup, sour cream, milk, lemon juice and half of cheese.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Pour over rice, asparagus and chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
    Serve.
