Meat And Vegetable Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 medium size carrots
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 onion
    2 stalks celery
    3 sprigs parsley
    1 c. canned creamed corn
    1 c. stewed tomatoes
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put raw vegetables through food chopper.
    Mix all ingredients together by hand then press into desired form.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 to desired doneness.
