Ham Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed, cooked ham
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 c. cooked spaghetti
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
breaded bread crumbs
Preparation

Make white sauce by melting butter and adding flour, seasoning and stirring in milk.
Cook until slightly thickened.
Add cheese and stir until smooth.
Add ham, spaghetti, parsley and mushrooms. Pour into a casserole and top with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cooked turkey or chicken may be used in place of ham.
