Herring Antipasto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) jar herring in wine sauce
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe black olives
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichokes, drained
    1 (12 oz.) jar Bennett's chili sauce
Preparation
    Drain and cut herring into small pieces.
    Place in bowl.
    Add green pepper, onions, olives and artichokes.
    Add chili sauce. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
    Serve plain or with crackers or cocktail bread.
    This is very colorful in a clear glass bowl.
