Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 carrots
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. water (from carrots)
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook whole carrots until just tender, then slice in lengthwise strips.
    Arrange carrots in baking dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Top with 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter.
    Sprinkle top with paprika or parsley. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
