Crab Meat Topper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained and flaked or 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
few dashes cayenne pepper
Ritz crackers
Preparation

In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper.
Stir in crab meat. Chill at least 2 hours.
Serve as a spread with Ritz crackers.
