Scalloped Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    2 medium onions
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. basil
    2 c. CASHEW CHEESE
    1 c. soy or nut milk
Preparation
    Slice potatoes and onions.
    Alternate layers of potatoes, onions and cheese sauce, sprinkling on salt and basil.
    Cover with NUT MILK.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
