Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. whipping cream
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
5 c. milk

Preparation

Whip cream until just fluffy, not firm.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Makes 1 gallon.
