Quick Lasagne Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
3 to 6 green onions, chopped and with some tops included
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (14.5 oz.) can tomato bits (sauce)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced, or garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown beef; drain fat.
Add onions and cook lightly.
Add sauces, salt, pepper, sugar and spices.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. While cooking, combine cooked noodles, cottage cheese and sour cream in bowl.
