Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries, coarsely chopped
1 orange peel
3 small pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 small can seedless grapes
1 regular can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix fresh fruits, celery and nuts together in blender.
Place in colander with canned fruits to drain.
Put all these ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix sugar and jello with boiling water.
Pour over fruit.
Stir and blend well.
Chill in refrigerator overnight.
