Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1/2 c. oat bran
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. safflower oil
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add milk, eggs and oil.
Pour into greased baking pan or muffin tin.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes in moderate oven.
