Borscht Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head of cabbage
1 medium onion
4 medium sized potatoes, diced
2 c. tomatoes
1 soup bone or 2 lb. flat rib or any kind of boiling beef
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Cook meat until tender.
Take meat off bone and put back in broth.
Add all other ingredients.
Cook until vegetables are soft. Add tomatoes and serve.
Very good if a little sour cream is put in each serving.
