Chicken Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped chicken
    1 c. grated bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. chicken stock
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Heat.
    Stir in 1 beaten egg.
    When cold, form into croquettes. Roll in bread crumbs, then in beaten egg and back into crumbs. Fry in hot shortening until brown.
