Betty'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Heat all together.
    Stir in 2 packs frozen broccoli or you may use one head of fresh broccoli.
    Pour into buttered dish and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
