Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 garlic buds
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 c. diced tomatoes
    4 c. zucchini or squash, diced
    2 c. frozen whole corn
    1 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated cheese (Jack or Cheddar)
Preparation
    Heat oil; saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
    Add vegetables and chili powder; cook 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
    Season to taste.
    Pour in greased dish; heat until hot and sprinkle with cheese.
    Heat 5 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
