Mom'S Chocolate Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    8 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. hot water
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder, salt, 1/2 cup sugar, butter and vanilla together.
    Add milk and mix well. Put 5 tablespoons of cocoa, sugar and hot water in the bottom of 9-inch round or square pan and mix.
    Drop batter in pan by large tablespoonfuls.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Wonderful served warm with vanilla ice cream.
