One-Serving Cheese Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 slices bread, buttered
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. shredded cheese
1/8 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. salt
6 to 8 drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Cut bread in strips.
Place buttered side down along the sides and on the bottom of a 10-ounce custard dish.
In a bowl, lightly beat the egg.
Add rest of ingredients.
Pour into custard cup. Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until puffy and golden brown.
