Graham-Cracker Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) box sugar-free lime gelatin
2 (8 oz.) cartons Key lime nonfat yogurt
1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat whipped topping, thawed
1 graham cracker pie crust (low-fat, 9-inch)
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in yogurt.
Fold in whipped topping; mix well. Fill pie crust and refrigerate for 12 hours. Garnish with lime slices or mint leaves.
Yield: 8 servings.
