Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 slices bread, toasted
    2 c. milk
    6 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 jar cherries, chopped
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to
    350\u00b0.
    After the bread has been toasted, break into pieces
    and
    place
    in
    a bowl of warm water to soak. Set aside.
    Mix
    together
    milk,
    eggs
    and sugar until well blended.
    Add
    vanilla.
    Squeeze the water from the bread and add to the custard mixture.
    Add raisins, cherries, pecans and margarine.
    Pour
    into
    9 x 13-inch baking dish;
    sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
