Orange Frost - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate (undiluted)
2 c. skim milk
2 c. pineapple juice
4 c. crushed ice
2 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine ingredients in blender; mix until smooth. (Refrigerate what isn't consumed right away, then shake and reblend each serving just before drinking.
It's better when it has just been \"revved\" in the blender and is foamy.)
Yields 10 to 12 cups.
