Golden Feather Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour (all-purpose)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft fat
1 c. milk
1 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs (unbeaten)
Preparation

Measure ingredients ahead and let sit to room temperature. Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
Add fat, milk and extract.
Beat 2 minutes.
Add eggs and beat 2 minutes more.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Use 2 (8-inch) pans or 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan.
This is good without frosting.
