Cajun Coke Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or more whole chicken(s)
spices (Cajun or your own mixture)
olive oil
salt
1 or more 1/2 full cans Coke
Preparation

Wash chicken(s) thoroughly.
Rub down with olive oil and sprinkle spices inside cavity and rub thoroughly over bird.
Rub salt heavily on outside of chicken and lightly on inside.
Place chicken head side up on can of Coke and place in shallow pan in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 325\u00b0.\tIt may also be placed on grill making sure not to cook directly over fire.
Chicken will be ready when legs are loose and skin is golden brown.
