Fresh Mex Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cilantro
    1/2 to 1 jalapeno
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 medium onion
    1 medium pepper (green)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes, onion and pepper in food processor so that some chunks remain.
    Finely chop garlic, cilantro and pepper.
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl and let set for 2 to 3 hours (in refrigerator).
    Serve with tortilla chips.
