Italian Salad Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. mushroom pieces
2 cans artichoke hearts
10 oz. Spanish olive pieces
2 cans black olives, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2/3 c. white vinegar
2/3 c. salad oil
1/4 c. minced dry onions
2 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Put first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
Bring the rest of the ingredients to a boil and pour over the first ingredients.
Put in a jar and refrigerate.
