Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. melted butter
    salt
    flour
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Melt butter in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Salt and flour chicken.
    (Put flour in a brown bag; add 2 pieces salted chicken and shake until covered with flour.) Place in a pan, skin side down, cook for 30 minutes.
    Turn skin side up and cook another 30 minutes.
