Chicken Livers, Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken liver
    salt, pepper and flour
    milk or cream
Preparation
    Go through
    oysters for crabs, shells, etc.
    Slightly salt. Dip in beaten egg.
    Roll
    in cracker crumbs mixed with corn meal and flour. Let oysters set a
    little
    to
    allow
    seasonings
    to go in, then fry in Crisco and butter.
    Add
    more salt to crumbs and add pepper if you like it.
