One Crust Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rhubarb, washed and diced
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Line the pie shell (uncooked) with diced rhubarb piled high. Mix together sugar, eggs, oleo and flour. Pour over rhubarb and bake very slowly. Beat egg whites and add on top of pie if desired (optional).
