Lemon-Coconut Squares - cooking recipe

    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice*
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind*
    5 1/4 c. (12 oz.) Birds Eye Cool Whip, thawed
    2 3/4 c. (7 oz.) Baker's Angel Flake coconut
