Shrimp And Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1 bay leaf
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 lb. shelled shrimp
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. thin sliced radishes (optional)
    1 c. frozen peas, thawed
    1 tsp. dry dill or 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
    1/3 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook rice in broth with bay leaf until done (20 to 25 minutes).
    Cool rice and remove bay leaf.
    Mix rice with all other ingredients.
