Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) bag peanut butter cups (chocolate covered)
Preparation

Cream the butter, peanut butter and both sugars; beat in egg and vanilla.
Sift together and add flour, baking soda and salt. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Place in small muffin tins.
Dough will spread or fill tins.
Bake 8 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Press peanut butter cup in center until only top shows.
Let cool in tins.
