Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen has browns, thawed
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole.
    Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
