Butter Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1/4 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
5 large eggs
3 c. (plain) flour
1 c. milk (can evaporated)
Preparation

Have ingredients at room temperature. Cream the butter, shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time.
Add flour and milk, alternating. Add flavorings. Start in cold oven at 325\u00b0 on center shelf. Keep oven closed. Test in 1 hour but usually takes between 5 and 10 minutes longer.
Makes a large cake!
