Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 pkg. carrots, cooked tender
 
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick margarine, divided
1 c. wheat crackers, crumbled
Preparation
- 
                            Cook carrots until tender; drain.
 
Melt Velveeta and 1/2 stick margarine.
Pour over drained carrots.
Melt remaining butter; mix with crumbled crackers.
Put on top of carrots.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
