"You Should Taste These" Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium-size potatoes, boiled in jackets
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream or real mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
Preparation
    Boil potatoes just until peeling turns loose.
    (You can boil longer to save baking time in oven.)
    Chunk the potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan and salt and pepper to taste.
    Combine all other ingredients (except bacon).
    Pour over potatoes.
    Add crumbled bacon on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
