Ole-Timey Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    3 eggs, well beaten
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cream margarine; add sugar and beat until fluffy.
    Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
    Sift together flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture.
    Roll out on floured board and cut into cookies.
    Place lightly greased baking sheet and bake about 5 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until lightly browned.
