Steak And Potato Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/3 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. fat/oil
    4 to 6 small potatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving size pieces.
    Dredge steak in flour. Brown well on both sides.
    Place meat in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Pour off excess fat.
    Scrape browned drippings and add to meat. Arrange potatoes with meat.
    Sprinkle onion, parsley, salt and pepper over meat and potatoes.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 4.
