Honey Chicken(Yield: 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 chicken breasts, boned
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt.
    Dip chicken in the mixture.
    Melt butter and pour over chicken.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake 1/2 hour longer, basting about every 7 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
