Enchilada Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger (can use beef, elk, venison or buffalo)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 large can evaporated milk
1 pkg. flour tortillas
10 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown hamburger; add soups, sauce and milk.
Heat until mixture is thickened.
Line 9 x 12-inch baking pan with tortillas. Pour in one half of meat mixture.
Add another layer of tortillas.
Pour remaining mixture over the tortillas.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
