Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Put in a casserole dish and top with another 1/2 package of stuffing mix.
    Bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
