Freezer Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
2 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Mix together flour, baking powder, cream of tartar and salt. Cut in shortening.
Beat milk and egg together and add to mixture. Knead.
Roll out dough and cut biscuits.
Freeze.
Do not thaw before baking.
Bake at 425\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
