Kale And Lemon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped fresh kale (may use spinach, mustard greens or beet greens)
1/2 tsp. fresh minced garlic
1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
salt
black pepper
Preparation

Steam the kale.
Toss with garlic.
