Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 c. unbleached or all-purpose flour
1 pkg. (2 1/4 tsp.) RapidRise yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. very warm water (120~)
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. pizza sauce
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Coat 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, yeast and salt. Stir in water and oil; add 1 cup flour or enough to make a soft dough.
Turn out onto a floured surface and knead 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic, adding more flour if needed.
Let rest 10 minutes.
