Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
4 eggs
2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. bananas
Preparation
-
Stir all together; do not beat.
Bake in tube pan 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool completely in pan.
