Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 acorn squash
    1 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    salt and pepper
    4 Tbsp. apricot or plum chutney
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut squash in half lengthwise.
    Scrape to remove seeds and fibers.
    Place cut side down in a baking dish. Pour stock into the dish.
    Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
