Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. (1 3/4 lb.) mixed fruit
1/2 c. cut up dates
2 c. cut up nuts
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 c. butter
1/2 c. pineapple juice
5 eggs
Preparation

Sprinkle flour over fruit; mix well.
Place in 2 bread pans. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
