Low Sugar Fruit Cocktail Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans fruit cocktail (undrained)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
    2 medium firm bananas, sliced
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the fruit (except bananas) and lemon juice. Sprinkle with pudding mix. Stir gently for 1 minute or until mixture thickens. Fold in bananas. Refrigerate before serving.
